God-given mission.

Dr. Martinez is a leadership scholar who has dedicated most of his career to the pastorate. He has served in various capacities within the local church, culminating in a 13-year tenure as a senior pastor in Pennsylvania.

He had the honor of serving as the US crusade director for the late Brother RW Schambach, attributing much of his ministry development to that period. Dr. Martinez regularly teaches in churches and classrooms to equip the next generation of leaders for their mission in life.

Dr. Martinez earned his Master’s in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University and his Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University. He preaches, writes, and engages in collaborative leadership development initiatives.

Currently, Dr. Martinez is the Dean of Academic Affairs at Victory College in Tulsa OK. He and his wife, Marti, founded TruMission after over 20 years in pastoral ministry. Through TruMission, they produce resources and speak at conferences, churches, classrooms and events.
