Who We Are
Dr. W. Ray and Marti Martinez are the co-founders of TruMission, a ministry dedicated to raising up Spirit-filled leaders who impact nations. In 2022, Ray, Marti, and their children—Lilli and Will—relocated to the Tulsa area in response to God’s call to help cultivate Kingdom leaders.
Married for 18 years and serving in full-time ministry for more than two decades, the Martinez family is deeply committed to equipping believers to walk in excellence, relevance and fruitfulness. Their passion is to see individuals fully embrace their God-given purpose through the power of the Word of God and the work of the Holy Spirit.
Ray currently serves as the Director of the Doctor of Ministry program at Oral Roberts University. Marti partners with multiple organizations, providing leadership in content development and communications strategy.
