Who We Are
Dr. W. Ray and Marti Martinez are the founders of TruMission where they equip individuals & organizations to fulfill their God-given purpose. TruMission empowers leaders and communities through leadership development, conferences, and global initiatives, including feeding programs and educational efforts in the Philippines.
Dr. W. Ray Martinez brings more than 20 years of ministry experience, including serving as the U.S. Crusade Director for the late Brother R.W. Schambach. He holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University and a Master’s in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University. Ray currently serves as the Director of the Doctor of Ministry program at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Learn more at raymartinez.org.
Marti Martinez, a graduate of Oral Roberts University with a degree in Writing and Church Administration, has dedicated her life to encouraging and supporting others. She has served as a caregiver, foster and adoptive mother, and has held leadership roles within the nonprofit sector. Marti is currently the Content and Engagement Specialist at the National Association of Evangelicals. The Martinez family—Ray, Marti, and their two children, Lilli and Will—reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
