FOUNDER

Dr. Martinez is a Leadership scholar who spent most of his career life in the pastorate. He has served in many capacities of the local church concluding with a senior pastor role for 14 years in Pennsylvania.

He had the honor to serve as the US crusade director for the late Brother RW Schambach and tributes much of his development in ministry to that season. He regularly teaches in churches and classrooms to equip the next generation of leaders to launch into their mission for Jesus.

Dr. Martinez received his Masters in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University and his Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from  Regent University . He preaches, writes and engages in collaborative leadership development institutions.

Currently, Dr. Martinez is the Dean of Academic Affairs at  Victory College and teaches virtually for  Liberty University. He and his wife, Marti founded  TruMission after a season of over 20 years in pastoral ministry. This is where they produce resources and speak at conferences, churches and events.

CO-FOUNDER

Marti Martinez has a passion to come alongside of people to encourage them to fulfill they God-given destiny. She received her degree from Oral Roberts University with a degree in Writing and Church Administration.

Through the diverse seasons of her life as a primary caregiver to her parents to her years of fostering and adopting to her season as a pastor’s wife, Marti has led a life of holding other people up. The calling of Aaron to Moses is her passion. She has the ability to reach in to the weary places and call out destiny. 

Currently, Marti is the Content and Engagement Specialists at the National Association of Evangelicals.
