Who We Are
Dr. W. Ray and Marti Martinez are the founders of TruMission where they equip individuals & organizations to fulfill their God-given purpose. TruMission empowers leaders and communities through leadership development, conferences, and global initiatives, including feeding programs and educational efforts in the Philippines.
Dr. W. Ray Martinez has over 20 years in ministry experience and has held key roles, including serving as the US Crusade Director for Brother RW Schambach. He holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from
Regent University and a Master’s in Ministerial Leadership from
Southeastern University. He is currently the Director of the Doctor of Ministry program at
Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK. Find out more at

Marti Martinez, a graduate of
Oral Roberts University with a degree in Writing and Church Administration, has dedicated her life to encouraging others. She has served as a caregiver, foster and adoptive mother, and held leadership roles within the nonprofit sector. Marti is currently the Content and Engagement Specialist at the
National Association of Evangelicals
. The Martinez family, including their two children, Lilli and Will, resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
